Oh, the fabulousness of it all! I've been on an endless round of glamorous events that just won't stop, and I've even found time to patent my Jennifer LoPez Dispenser. Pull up her head and out pops...oh, well, never mind.

Remember a few years ago when Jennifer appeared on the Oscars, introduced as "The exciting and talented Jennifer Lopez," and the entire world went, "Huh?" Well, a few days later I found myself sitting near the excitement and the talent of La Lopez at a Badgley Mischka fashion show. Mark Badgley and James Mischka love glamour and I try to see all of their runway events.

Here I am with Bernadette Peters at the Badgley Mischka Spring 2000 show. Why doesn't Bernie bring her Tony with her?

Va-va-voomness on the Badgley Mischka catwalk! Jennifer Lopez, eat your exciting and talented heart out. Or something.

Do you see The View's "sassy" Starr Jones in the front row of Mark and James' show? Could you just die!!?

At the NY premiere of "Get Bruce!" I ran into sweet Julianne Moore.

From there I dashed over to the party for Francois Nars' fabulous photo book, X-Ray. The crush at the door included my pal, fashion maven Andre Leon Talley.

The most glamourous woman in NY, Anne Slater, was there, even though she's not in the book.

I was thrilled to see the photo of myself! Why am I so self-absorbed? I must remember to ask my shrink.

I have several outfits just alike. This is the front of The Plaza Hotel on the night of the big "Eloise" launch. To read more about "Eloise," check out My Favorite Things.

These are not wax figures -- it really is Joan Rivers in the flesh with yours truly.

Another wild night started at the opening of the Bob Mackie retrospective at the Fashion Institute in Manhattan. Here I am in front of Carol Burnett's famous "Went With The Wind" dress.

Mel Odom, creator of the "Gene" doll, and The Daily Show's Frank DeCaro, who also wrote the text for the beautiful book accompanying Bob's retrospective, were in attendance. You can see some of the mannequins on display in the background.

Bob was there, of course, along with Liza May Minnelli and the formidable Flotilla

I was told that the greatest gift I could give my friend Marc Shaiman for his 40th birthday party would be to show up as Joan Crawford. I humbly obliged. Can you say, "Bless you?"

2 of Oscar's favorites.

Bob Mackie is all smiles. Could it be Joan's over-thetop jewelry?

Broadway's Patti LuPone, Joan Crawford, and Hollywood Gal About Town Alexis Del Lago.

The brilliantly talented Jan Hooks obliged to be photographed with my maid.

Good photo tip from Billy Crystal: lean in towards the camera.

The meeting the world could not prevent: Pee-wee Herman and Joan Crawford together at last!!!
